By using Node Care you agree to these terms. The platform is provided as a cloud subscription service for clinics and medical centers.

Account & subscription

You are responsible for accurate registration details and for keeping your team credentials confidential. Subscriptions renew per the selected plan, and medical data is never deleted automatically when a subscription ends.

Medical data

The clinic owns its patients' data and is responsible for obtaining their consent; we process it on the clinic's behalf under the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Using the platform for unlawful activity or attempting to access other clinics' data is prohibited.
